Marla Sharlow is a horse trainer/saver. She rescues horses, takes them to her ranch and trains them and gives the horses a good home.
She says it is a very messy job for example when she goes out on the race tracks and it is raining it can get muddy. She usually gets fouls (baby horses) rather than adult horses.
The training you need is simple, just experience of working with horses.
The uniform is jeans, an assigned shirt, and boots. The vehicle is a truck and a trailer to put the horse in.
Training a horse seems easy but I don't know if it is! Here are the steps to train a horse; First you lunge the horse(circle the horse),then groom, (clean) teach the reins, saddle, and ticket to riding.(groom, lead, saddling, etc).
